Vice President Investments at Link Logistics

You will oversee a team, work closely with brokers, and manage the deal lifecycle from underwriting to closing.

• Prepare and execute disposition opportunities from start to finish
• Serve as primary contact for dispositions in the West region
• Maintain awareness of transaction and leasing trends
• Collaborate with brokers and junior staff on analyses
• Negotiate LOIs and agreements with legal counselRequirements:
• 10+ years in investments or related fields
• BA or BS in finance or similar disciplines preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Argus, and financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing full deal lifecycleUtilize your expertise in investments and strategic leadership with Link Logistics to drive successful dispositions.
