About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Land Development to play a pivotal role in leading and growing its presence in the Colorado market. The successful candidate will be an established seller-doer, with a strong background in both technical and business aspects of land development. Key responsibilities for this role include leading business development efforts, growing and mentoring civil engineering teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the delivery of various land development projects.
