About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to take on a pivotal leadership role in the development and execution of the organization's M&A strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategic growth objectives. This role demands a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader with a deep background in healthcare M&A, particularly in the areas of home health, hospice, behavioral health, or post-acute care.

The Vice President will also be instrumental in building and scaling the company's corporate development infrastructure and processes to support increased acquisition activity, as well as leading all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition opportunities.
• Build and scale the company's corporate development infrastructure and processes.
• Lead all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to integration.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years' experience in healthcare M&A, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong background in financial and operational acumen.
• Proven track record in leading transactions through the full M&A lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Strategic, analytical, and highly execution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience working within or alongside private equity-backed organizations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
