In this position, you will own and operate the Healthcare Information Technology niche on a national scale and work with our fellow niche leaders to design strategies and unique ways to drive HIT business. Determining client targets, generating sales leads, and leading the effort to cultivate those targets into clients will be your top responsibility. You will work closely with our talented recruiters and Recruiting Managers to identify qualified HIT candidates.
Utilizing your knowledge and passion for HIT, EHR, EMR, and Informatics will give you the opportunity to thrive as a subject‑matter expert in the field. You will build client pipelines and successfully establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, grow your income through hard work, and benefit from one of the best compensation plans in the business. Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4‑year university.
- Experience: 3–5 years of business development or recruiting experience specializing in HIT, EMR, and Informatics in a staffing or healthcare environment. Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts is desirable but not mandatory.
- Skills/Abilities: Basic technical skills (including MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, etc.), superior communication and negotiation skills, team‑player attitude, ability to maintain focus and multi‑task, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills.
