As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for an entrepreneurial Vice President – Sales to build and lead our commercial organization.
Role Overview
As Vice President – Sales, you will be responsible for driving the company's revenue growth by building and scaling Ubiqedge's sales organization. You will own sales strategy, commercial operations, business expansion, and revenue performance while creating a high-performing and scalable sales engine.
This role reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership
• Own annual revenue targets and sales plans.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth across all business verticals.
• Manage sales P&L and commercial performance.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across:

Build & Lead the Sales Organization
Recruit, mentor, and lead:

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
