The Opportunity

Join a well-established South Florida construction organization with approximately $15M in annual revenue. We're seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead multiple business units, drive operational excellence, improve profitability, and build scalable systems for continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple divisions
• Improve project management, estimating, scheduling & purchasing processes
• Increase productivity, efficiency & profitability
• Recruit, mentor & develop leadership teams
• Standardize systems and implement operational best practices
• Partner directly with ownership to execute growth strategies

What We're Looking For

• 10-20+ years of construction operations leadership experience
• Experience managing multiple business units or divisions
• Background leading organizations generating $20M-$100M+ in annual revenue
• Proven success improving operational performance and profit margins
• Strong leadership experience managing project managers, field teams & office staff
• Experience implementing scalable systems and operational processes
• Familiarity with construction project management software (Buildertrend experience is a plus)
