About the Role

The Company seeks a Vice President of Program Management to serve as the operational backbone of its clinical‑stage oncology programs, primarily focused on a multi‑node PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitor program. The role requires a highly self‑motivated, AI‑native leader with a strong scientific foundation and a proven track record in drug development, especially in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan and keep leadership ahead of the program.
• Run the decision‑making machinery.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Use AI tools extensively to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead through influence, not authority.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in biotech or pharma drug development.
• Significant background in program or portfolio management.
• Direct experience taking a program through late‑stage development to approval or commercialization.
• Preference for candidates with oncology experience and familiarity with small‑molecule and/or PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway programs.
• Deep, hands‑on command of the integrated drug‑development process.
• Ability to influence senior executives without direct authority.
• Strategic leadership with a strong bias toward execution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting business or corporate development.
