About the Role

We are looking for a creative Freelance Video Editor who specializes in editing engaging Instagram Reels, videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content. If you have a passion for creating viral content with smooth transitions, captions, trending effects, and storytelling, we'd love to work with you.

Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, videos, and YouTube Shorts.
• Add engaging captions, animations, emojis, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
• Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first few seconds.
• Maintain brand consistency across all videos.
• Deliver videos within agreed timelines.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements

• Experience editing short-form videos for social media.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of Instagram and content trends.
• Ability to create viral-style edits.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have a portfolio of previous work.

Preferred

• Experience working with influencers or corporate brands.
• Knowledge of AI video editing tools.
• Basic motion graphics skills.

Payment

• Per Reel / Per Project / Monthly Retainer (Based on discussion)
