Video Editor

we are hiring for a growing agency focused on performance-driven marketing, branding, and content creation. We work with founders and businesses to create content that grabs attention, drives engagement, and delivers results.

You’ll be working closely with the founder, on real client projects and campaigns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Video Editor who can work 2–3 hours daily alongside their full-time job and help us create high-performing video content for social media and ads.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Enjoys editing Reels, Shorts, and marketing videos
• Understands fast-paced, attention-grabbing content
• Wants to build a strong portfolio in digital marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads)
• Cut, trim, and structure videos for maximum engagement
• Add captions, subtitles, and hooks
• Use transitions, effects, and music effectively
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips
• Maintain consistency with brand tone and style
• Deliver content within quick turnaround timelines

Requirements

• 6 months – 3 years of experience in video editing
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut / VN / Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of:
• Social media content formats
• Hook-based editing (first 3–5 seconds)
• Pacing and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
• Experience with sound design and audio syncing
• Prior experience with marketing agencies/startups

Working Details

• Type: Part-time / Freelance
• Time Commitment: 2–3 hours per day
