We are hiring | AI Video Editor | Bangalore (Contract)
Experience Required: 3-4 years
Job responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Lead the storyboarding and final creation of video assets using tools like Runway, Higgsfield, or Midjourney.
- Open-Source Mastery: Use platforms like Higgsfield, Kling, LTX-2, or Wan to drive video production at scale.
- Model Training: Train and use LoRAs to maintain visual consistency and reduce token consumption across projects.
- Technical Video Execution: Use AI to handle everything from the first frames to the final polished renders.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use AI to speed up video production and test new visual ideas quickly.
- Quality Control: Make sure that AI-generated video meets the high visual standards of the brand
- Tool Adoption: Drive the use of Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to help marketers work smarter.
- Custom AI Solutions: Build and manage custom tools like GPTs, Claude Projects, or Gemini Gems.
- Prompt Libraries: Create and maintain prompt libraries and playbooks for the whole team to use.
- Workflow Automation: Find repetitive tasks and solve them by building automated pipelines with tools like N8N, Zapier,Make or internal tools.
- Internal Training: Act as an internal expert by running workshops and training sessions for the marketing team.
- Impact Tracking: Measure and report on the time saved and quality improvements that come from using AI.

- Deep AI Fluency: You have hands-on experience building AI workflows and agents, not just writing simple prompts.
- Video Mastery: You have a strong portfolio that shows your ability to create professional video content using AI.
- Influence: You can teach others how to use new tools without using confusing jargon.
