This is a full-time on-site job for a Video Editor. You are expected to be part of an existing team for video production for our YouTube channel. The position requires regular work at our office six days a week.
The Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, short reels, motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, and full-length documentaries, as well as podcasts for Manushi India YouTube channel. The job requires a good grasp of current affairs and the ability to comprehending the nuances of the content being used in the video. We expect consistency, the ability to work without being nagged and high production standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Well-versed with current affairs and ability to read and comprehend given scripts in Hindi and English
- Experience with Video Colour Grading and Motion Graphics
- Skills in graphic design and visual storytelling, including use of AI tools
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in video production
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field from a reputed institute would be given high preference
