Video Editor

We are seeking a Video Editor to create, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for digital platforms. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, visually appealing videos that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content.
• Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, subtitles, and audio enhancements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure videos align with brand identity and storytelling goals.
• Optimize videos for different platforms such as social media, websites, and ads.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Improve video quality through color correction, sound editing, and pacing adjustments.
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
• Stay updated with video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
• Suggest creative ideas to enhance content engagement and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in video editing (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/desktop with editing capability.
