About the Role:
It is seeking a visionary and performance-driven Director Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead the 360 marketing function across its growing portfolio of hotels and sub-brands including Grand, Regency, Great Trails, Zibe, Radisson Franchises, and upcoming concepts.
This role demands a rare blend of brand storytelling, digital-first thinking, and business acumen. You will be responsible for building a unified yet differentiated brand presence across every touchpoint from billboards to reels, food festivals to email journeys with one ultimate goal: to drive awareness, engagement, footfalls, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Own and evolve the brand architecture and identity for Hotels and its sub-brands.
Define and implement a strategic roadmap for differentiated brand narratives, campaigns, and guest-facing communication.
Embed The Promise of More into all brand experiences physical and digital.
2. Integrated Marketing (Offline + Online)
Lead 360 campaigns that span across ATL, BTL, digital, experiential, influencer, and on-ground activations.
Oversee all media planning, creative development, and performance tracking for hotel launches, festive campaigns, F&B promotions, and wellness initiatives.
Champion marketing calendars across units, with tailored plans for Rooms, F&B, Weddings, Wellness, and MICE.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
Drive and measure success across digital channels: paid search, social media, retargeting, display, influencer, SEO, content marketing, and CRM.
Supervise the website, app ecosystem, booking funnels, loyalty platforms, and online review/reputation management.
Leverage guest data for hyper-personalized marketing and targeted campaign execution.
4. PR, Communications & Content
Lead earned media strategy with PR agencies and media partners for thought leadership, hotel coverage, and brand-building stories.
Spearhead social media storytelling, influencer strategy, reels, user-generated content, and LinkedIn thought leadership for leadership visibility.
Build and maintain editorial calendars, brand voice guidelines, and visual language across touchpoints.
5. Business Partnership & Analytics
Align marketing with sales, revenue management, operations, and F&B to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Use analytics tools to track ROI, campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, guest engagement, and brand equity metrics.
Manage the annual marketing budget with an ROI-focused lens.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
12+ years of experience in brand and marketing roles, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Proven experience in leading both offline and digital marketing at a strategic and executional level.
Strong track record in team leadership, agency/vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in campaign analytics, brand audits, customer segmentation, and guest journey mapping.
Bachelor s in marketing / mass Comm / Hospitality / Business; MBA preferred.
