VP of Sales – AI / LLM / Enterprise SaaS (Deep Tech / Scale-Up)
We are currently partnered with a fast-growing AI deep-tech company developing advanced Large Language Model optimisation and inference efficiency solutions for enterprise customers. As part of their executive leadership team, they are looking to hire a VP of Sales to define and scale their US go-to-market strategy across enterprise, cloud, and strategic partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI/LLM optimisation and inference efficiency solutions across enterprise and strategic partner channels
- Develop market segmentation, ideal customer profiles, pricing models, and enterprise sales motions for technical and executive buyer personas
- Own revenue forecasting, quota planning, pipeline management, and overall commercial performance
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organisation including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Channel Managers
- Establish scalable sales processes, enablement frameworks, and KPI-driven operating rhythms
- Lead strategic enterprise sales engagements and executive-level customer relationships
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with cloud providers, systems integrators, and reseller networks
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of sales experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership or VP-level commercial roles
- Proven track record generating revenue through enterprise and strategic sales
- Strong experience selling complex AI, enterprise software, SaaS, or deep-tech solutions into large enterprises
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based enterprise selling
- Experience operating in start-up or scale-up environments with a hands-on leadership style
