Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a IT Recruiter/OPT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist at our office in Vadodara. The role involves identifying, sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented individuals for US-based IT staffing requirements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates, managing the talent pipeline, understanding client needs, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in US IT staffing, including W2, C2C, and OPT recruitment processes
• Experience sourcing and identifying candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage candidate and client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with visa types (e.g., H1B, OPT, H4, GC, USC) and associated regulations is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the IT staffing industry is a plus
