Walk-in at HCLTech for Senior Customer Support at Ambattur on 2nd Jul 26:
Scope of the Role:
• Assisting the account managers
• Generating the Sales Report, work on CRM tools like Oracle, Salesforce.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
• Work on account related Queries at backend
• Work on CRM tools like Oracle and Salesforce in backend
• Meeting SLA and TAT
• Meet the attendance target
• Meet the internal Quality scores
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with account manager / customers.
Skill Set Required:
• Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong/Good written communication skills
• Ability to multitasking effectively
• MS Access & SQL Proficiency is added advantage
Qualifications: 12 + 3 years of education (Any Graduate)
Department/Process: Sales Support - Enterprise Team
