Job Description
The purpose of the function is to carry out and/or assist in the process of receiving materials (spare parts, supplies and/or equipment), storage, physical and systemic movement of materials, control of incoming and outgoing documents, separation of materials, coordination for the distribution and shipment of materials, ensuring the integrity and traceability of products, as well as seeking the continuous improvement of processes and the increase of productivity in the sector.
Job Duties
- Order Preparation Warehouse.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Review and reception of products for subsequent storage.
- Preparation of input sales kit.
- Permanent support to different areas in relation to the activities of his position.
- Periodically review the expiration of the products and inform the corresponding areas.
- Report any shrinkage or loss of product in a timely manner.
- Support in the issuance of picking and dispatch guides of inputs.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year in similar positions. Desirable studies of Higher Technician in Logistics, administration or related career.
- Basic management of warehouse and logistics management.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Logical thinking.
- Analytical capacity.
- Integrity and compliance.
- Operational efficiency.
- Customer Orientation.
