Overview
Elan's Daughter is a fast-growing, family-owned women's fashion brand known for engaging live shopping experiences on Whatnot. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and help build efficient systems as we grow. This is a fully on-site position at our Miami warehouse. Remote and hybrid work are not available.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside the team while taking ownership of organization, inventory accuracy, shipping, and overall warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Receive, organize, and process incoming inventory.
- Organize inventory by style, color, and size while maintaining accurate bin locations.
- Prepare and label samples according to company standards.
- Maintain Random Pull inventory and overall warehouse organization.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and notify management when inventory is running low.
Inventory & Systems
- Maintain accurate inventory using Winventory, our proprietary inventory management system.
- Complete inventory verification, adjustments, and cycle counts.
- Complete inventory spreadsheets and CSV files using Microsoft Excel.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
- Oversee daily shipping and fulfillment operations.
- Prepare for increased order volume following Whatnot live shows.
- Ensure packing slips and shipping labels are printed before 9:00 AM.
- Verify and pack large customer orders.
- Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
Daily Warehouse Standards
- Open incoming packages and restock new supplies.
- Notify management of incoming inventory deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Keep inventory bins, hangers, and workstations organized.
- Complete daily warehouse opening and closing responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable learning new software and using Winventory, our proprietary inventory management system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in apparel, retail, fashion, or e-commerce
- Experience using inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience
Schedule & Time Off
- Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Vacation requests require a minimum of 2 weeks\' notice
- Appointments or shorter absences require a minimum of 1 week\'s notice
