Warehouse Manager - Flooring Industry Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 11 years of warehouse experience in the Flooring Industry
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, Proven track record of successful team leadership and management
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and technology
