Warehouse Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations at MonsterSales. This includes receiving and inspecting cabinets, countertops, sinks, and accessories; maintaining accurate inventory; coordinating deliveries and customer pickups; supervising warehouse staff; and ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and operating efficiently. The Warehouse Manager works closely with the sales, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure every order is complete and ready on time.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse. - Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. - Maintain organized storage of cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and accessories. - Keep inventory accurate and report any shortages or damaged products immediately. - Prepare and verify customer orders before pickup or delivery. - Coordinate with installers and delivery drivers to ensure orders are complete and on schedule. - Supervise warehouse employees and assign daily tasks. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse at all times. - Operate warehouse equipment safely and ensure equipment is properly maintained. - Communicate with the sales team regarding inventory availability, special orders, and delivery schedules. - Resolve warehouse issues quickly and professionally. - Help improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Qualifications - Experience managing warehouse operations(preferred) - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Knowledge of inventory management. - Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment. - Forklift experience or certification preferred. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
