$115,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

The Role

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently recruiting for either an Associate or Sr. Analyst to join our client, a multi-family office, out of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our client is a global, multi-family office RIA that caters specifically (and only) to ultra-high net worth individuals and families. This individual will be joining the Family Office Advisory team, tasked with working directly with clients and providing high-touch client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers on large, complex family office relationships and independently manage operations for smaller clients.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client requests and service needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s preferences to ensure personalized service and effective advocacy.
• Execute client service strategies, monitor team goals, and identify emerging client needs.
• Build trusted relationships with client intermediaries such as estate managers, chiefs of staff, and executive assistants.
• Coordinate with clients’ outside advisors on wealth transfer, asset protection, philanthropy, and other planning matters.
• Manage investment operations, bill payments, and lifestyle services with precision, confidentiality, and a high standard of service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-6+ years of experience in family office, wealth management, and/or UHNW client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with trust & estate or personal tax concepts and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience with systems such as Fidelity Wealthscape and Salesforce is beneficial.
• $115,000 - $160,000 Base Range (dependent on experience)
