Web Developer & Designer

We are hiring a Web Developer & Designer to own our digital presence end-to-end. You will build and maintain our websites, design our marketing collateral, and execute our brand identity across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on role for a builder who codes well and designs with taste.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain websites on WordPress, Webflow, and React

• Handle hosting, performance, SEO basics, plugins, and ongoing site updates

• Design logos, marketing collateral, social creatives, presentations, and digital assets

• Execute and evolve our brand identity across all customer-facing materials

• Work directly with leadership and a multicultural team to ship fast

You should have

• 3–6 years of professional experience across web development and visual design

• Strong portfolio of live websites (WordPress and/or Webflow mandatory; React preferred)

• Demonstrable design portfolio — logos, brand systems, marketing collateral

• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop), and modern web stacks

• Fluent English, written and spoken — you’ll work daily with a multicultural team

• Self-managed, deadline-disciplined, comfortable owning outcomes without hand-holding

Nice to have: motion/animation, video editing, basic copywriting, e-commerce experience.

Location: On-site, Kochi. Type: Full-time. Compensation: ₹6–10 L CTC based on demonstrated skill. Start: Immediate.
