Web Experience Developer
Roca Alliances
Job Description
Job Description
This opportunity is with Simpro Group, a global technology company dedicated to delivering powerful business management solutions that help organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth. Simpro Group is recognized for its innovation‑driven culture, collaborative engineering environment, and commitment to building scalable world‑class technology solutions.
We’re looking for a hands‑on Web Experience Developer to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the web presence across four brands: Simpro, BigChange, ClockShark, and AroFlo.
This role sits at the intersection of development, marketing, and user experience. You won’t be building product features or working in rigid engineering workflows — instead, you’ll be responsible for keeping our marketing websites fast, effective, and continuously improving.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy solving problems independently, working across different codebases and CMS platforms, and bringing marketing ideas to life quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day‑to‑day development and maintenance of four brand websites.
- Build responsive web pages and components from Figma designs.
- Work across multiple CMS platforms (including Webflow and similar systems).
- Add and manage website content, campaigns, landing pages, and posts.
- Support marketing initiatives including advertising campaigns and webinars.
- Analyze existing codebases, identify risks or breaking points, and implement safe improvements.
- Optimize websites for performance, usability, and SEO.
- Ensure pages load quickly and content is intuitive and accessible.
- Contribute ideas for new components, layouts, and UX improvements.
- Push updates live efficiently while navigating changing priorities and last‑minute requests.
Requirements
- Experience in front‑end or marketing web development.
- Experience working across CMS platforms and managing live websites.
- Confidence reading unfamiliar codebases and troubleshooting issues.
- Understanding of how development impacts SEO, performance, and conversion.
- Strong UX awareness — clear content, fast load times, intuitive journeys.
- Comfortable balancing planned work with reactive requests.
- A collaborative team player who communicates effectively with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
- Agency, growth, or multi‑brand website experience is a plus.
- Competitive salary in Colombian pesos (COP).
- Private medical insurance.
- Continuous learning, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Opportunity to collaborate with global engineering and technology teams.
- Career growth within a leading international technology company.
