Weekend Concierge (part-time) - Kilburn/North West London£18,000 + Statutory Pension + Standard Holiday AllowancePermanent Sat & Sun 7AM-7PM We are supporting a mixed-used residential development in Kilburn seeking a polished and proactive WeekendConcierge to provide first-class service to residents, visitors and contractors.Key responsibilities of the part-time Concierge:Welcome residents, guests, and contractors; manage front desk communicationsOversee building access, security, and visitor verificationConduct daily inspections and report maintenance or operational issuesHandle parcel, mail, and key management systemsLiaise with contractors and on-site teams to maintain standardsMaintain accurate logs, handovers, and administrative recordsCandidate Requirements:Previous concierge, residential FOH, corporate reception, or luxury customer service experiencePurely seeking a weekend/part-time position Confident communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, well-presented, and professionalKnowledge of Health & Fire Safety protocols desirableSIA CCTV licence beneficial but not essentialHours & Benefits:Hours: 7am-7pm, Saturday & Sunday, part-time (unpaid lunch)Salary: £18,000 per annumBenefits: Statutory pension and annual leavePermanent part-time role with excellent transport links (Overground & Underground nearby)To Apply: Submit your CV for consideration.
