This is regarding opening with a Leading NBFC as a Zonal Credit Head- Structured Finance Designation: Zonal Credit Head- Structured Finance Experience: 14 years of work experience in Credit Management with Structured Finance Industry: BFSI Location: Mumbai Job Role: Review, challenge, and approve structured finance proposals across a broad range of products, including Term Loans, Working Capital facilities, Bank Guarantees (BGs), and customized structured financing solutions. Conduct independent assessment of credit proposals, challenge key assumptions, identify material risks, and ensure robust underwriting standards. Provide guidance and oversight on complex, high-value, and high-risk transactions, ensuring prudent credit decision-making.

Interpret and implement applicable regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements relating to structured finance products, including RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other relevant regulations. Monitor and assess emerging sectoral risks, concentration risks, regulatory developments, and systemic vulnerabilities within the Structured Finance portfolio. Provide independent risk perspectives and recommendations to support balanced business growth while maintaining portfolio quality.

Provide oversight of post-sanction monitoring activities, covenant compliance, and exposure management across the structured finance portfolio. Monitor portfolio performance through early warning indicators, covenant tracking, exposure concentrations, and risk migration analysis.
