Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant– is a key component to the continued growth of our MSP solution, this role is accountable for:
- Reporting - Regular analysis and presentation of Talent Community data, Team Performance data, VMS stats to Direct Sourcing leadership for distribution to OCG leadership, PMO partners, and the client
- Tool Administration - Work closely with team on tech changes and edits needed in VMS and/or Simplify
- Liaison to PMO - Work with PMO to increase efficiencies between the PMO and Direct Sourcing teams. Keep pulse on upcoming needs and partner with PMO on outreach to hiring managers
- Sales/Implementation support - Assist in data collection and presentation creation for Direct Sourcing sales pursuits. Ensure consistency in DS implementations, reducing any missed steps in the process. Assist in hosting PMO and Client education of DS
- Audits - Ensure PPO onboarding process is running smoothly reducing fall off pre and post start. Ensure placed candidates are being billed correctly and the DS resources are allocated to correct cost centers
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- A strong understanding of vendor management tools and other technology in order to support business. (Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, MS apps, etc.)
- Capability to manage relationships through excellent communication and customer services skills.
- Proficient project management is key for overseeing supply chain improvement initiatives
- A strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trendsSeeking minimum of 2+ years of client and program management experience, with demonstrated proficiency in procurement technology tools.
This position requires onsite work 4 days per week in Hilsboro.
Base pay range for this position is $51,300 to $68,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
If minimum thresholds apply per specific state law, FLSA minimum should be reflected as minimum even if higher than Kelly's pay range min.
