Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Recruitment Solutions Consultant to drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies. This role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and full-cycle recruitment within a competitive talent landscape.
You will play a key role in identifying top talent, advising clients on hiring strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Conduct market research and build targeted candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels
- Drive both active and passive candidate engagement strategies
- Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative hiring solutions
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage
- Utilize recruitment tools, platforms, and data to optimize hiring outcomes
