MindCapture is looking for a driven Talent & Business Consultant to strengthen both our recruitment delivery and commercial growth.
In this role, you are responsible for building your own portfolio of clients and consultants. You combine talent acquisition with business development to create sustainable partnerships and long‑term value.
You operate at the intersection of Talent, Clients and Business growth.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients
- Build long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders (HR, TA, hiring managers, project leads)
- Understand client challenges and translate them into concrete solutions (consultancy, projects, recruitment)
- Negotiate contracts and ensure sustainable commercial agreements
- Follow up on opportunities and convert them into active projects
Talent Acquisition
- Source, attract and qualify high‑quality consultants within life sciences & cleantech
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key domains (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Conduct in‑depth interviews (technical + motivational + cultural fit)
- Guide candidates throughout the full process and manage long‑term relationships
- Ensure strong matching between consultant capabilities and client needs
- Track market trends, competitor activity and talent availability
- Identify niche expertise areas and scarcity profiles
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and go‑to‑market strategies
- Share insights internally to strengthen overall business performance
Required competences & skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (science, engineering, business or related field)
- 1 – 4 years of experience in recruitment, consultancy or business development
- A real go‑getter with a strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and create trust quickly
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with French as an added value.
