Job Description:
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Medigrad growth objectives.
Create scalable SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Improve operational efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance learner experience.
Drive automation and technology adoption across departments.
Oversee complete lifecycle of courses from enrolment to certification.
Ensure timely delivery of live sessions, recorded modules, LMS activities, assignments, assessments, orientation, and evaluations.
Coordinate with faculty, clinical partners, accreditation bodies, and hospitals.
Maintain academic calendars and ensure adherence to timelines.
Monitor course quality and learner satisfaction.
Lead learner support and engagement teams. Strongly manage MIS or Google Drives related to student enrolments, fee payments & collection, examinations and trainings.
Improve student retention, completion rates, NPS, and feedback through Videos and google reviews.
Establish escalation management systems.
Ensure timely resolution of learner queries related to academics, LMS, certification, and training.
Lead operations, academic coordination, student support, and backend teams.
Define KRAs/KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
Build accountability-driven work culture.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members
Support documentation for CME/CPD accreditation processes.
Maintain academic records, learner data, evaluations, and audit documents.
Ensure compliance with internal and external academic requirements.
Coordinate operational execution with Hospitals, Faculty, Affiliate partners, Accreditation organizations
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion-to-delivery processes.
Track enrolment numbers, revenue realization, renewals, refunds, and operational costs.
Identify operational gaps impacting business growth.
Required Experience:
5-10 years of experience in Operations Management.
Experience in EdTech, Healthcare Education, Higher Education, Online Learning, Training, or Skill Development preferred.
Experience managing multi-functional teams.
MBA / Post Graduates preferred.
Graduate degree required.
Healthcare or education management background will be an advantage.
