Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Education: B-tech in Electronic & communication or Electronic & Instrumentation

Experience: 6+

Required specific skill set:

Project management, best practice & knowledge to thoroughly understand the Electronic circuits (hardware), Components and its compatibility with input or output specifications of interface parts & signals, Circuit analysis & troubleshooting capability

Skill set to follow design procedures: like RFQ study/ analysis/ design proposal --> DFMEA --> Design validation --> Formal design release

Test equipment handling experience (Oscilloscope, signal generator, CANoe). Hands on experience on vehicle level validation for ECUs & its analysis

Character: Negotiation skill & manage the situation, Polite & never give up attitude, Ownership & Proactive to lead

Basic knowledge of Gasoline & Diesel engine working & controls

Required Desirable skill set:

Good knowledge of design validation (reliability & environment test).

Experience in automotive industries for ECU (Preference)

Understanding of software & system design basics

Job Responsibility:

Lead & manage end-to-end project development of various ECU of passenger car & commercial vehicle via coordinating with Japan headquarter, lead customer, manufacturing plant & supplier related to design & development activities

Requirement study/analysis, design proposals for internal & customers, standard HW design / circuits confirmation against new requirement for ECUs

Provide technical support & schedule coordination to internal divisions and customers (OEM)

Evaluate product on vehicle, rig bench and simulator

Support for design quality issues to manufacturing plant, trail part making and testing

Subordinate development & guidance

Job Responsibility:

Flexible enough for traveling / manage own schedule & time for project delivery.

Ability to understand different working cultures (e.g. Indian, Japanese,) and to work as team with different age groups and ethnicity
