ROLE SUMMARY
This is the senior-most role in QuintEdge's ACCA vertical — a Head-level position combining direct teaching, academic operations, and oversight of the wider ACCA faculty team. The ACCA Course Manager delivers lectures directly, while also owning the quality systems, standard processes, and ACCA institutional relationship that let the vertical scale beyond any one faculty member.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Academic Delivery
• Deliver ACCA lectures across assigned papers and batches
• Create and continuously update teaching materials — notes, question banks, case studies — aligned to the current ACCA syllabus
• Resolve student doubts through class sessions, dedicated doubt-clearing slots, or digital channels
• Plan and manage the class schedule across batches, balancing faculty availability and student demand
2. Quality Assurance & Faculty Oversight• Monitor and evaluate the quality of lectures and materials delivered by other ACCA faculty
• Conduct periodic observations/audits and give structured, actionable feedback
• Maintain consistent teaching standards and content quality across the vertical
3. Process Ownership — Student Lifecycle
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs for:
– Student onboarding, from enrollment through first-class readiness
– Student registration with ACCA (global body registration, exemption mapping, documentation)
• Keep SOPs current as ACCA policy and internal workflows evolve
• Own QuintEdge's operational relationship with ACCA, including:
– Exam Results Service (results access, student communication, record-keeping)
– Center/Partner management applications (renewals, compliance submissions, and new-center applications as QuintEdge expands)
• Act as the primary point of contact between QuintEdge and ACCA on administrative matters
5. Student Success & Relationship Management
• Own standard processes for recurring student interactions:
– Periodic progress follow-ups
– Guidance through the ACCA exam service (booking, deadlines, requirements)
– Collection and communication of results
• Flag at-risk students and coordinate timely interventions
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLSQualifications
• ACCA Affiliate/Member, or part-qualified with strong academic standing
• Prior teaching experience in ACCA or a related professional finance qualification
Skills
• Strong command over ACCA papers, with the ability to teach concepts intuitively rather than just cover the syllabus
• Process orientation — comfortable designing SOPs, not just executing them
• Stakeholder management, given direct liaison with ACCA on results, registrations, and compliance
• Organizational skills to run schedules, track multiple batches, and manage follow-ups
• Clear written and verbal communication
