ShakeDeal enables smarter procurement, lower cost, and greater control across MRO, indirect spend, strategic sourcing, and CAPEX.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role oversees day-to-day operations across procurement workflows, ensuring that AI-driven processes, supplier interactions, and fulfillment activities run smoothly and efficiently.
The Operations Manager coordinates with internal teams to manage order processing, monitor performance metrics, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include optimizing operational procedures, improving service levels, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves analyzing operational data, proposing process improvements, and supporting leadership in planning and executing operational strategies that align with ShakeDeal’s growth objectives.Qualifications Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance tracking.Experience in supply chain, procurement operations, or vendor management within a technology or B2B environment.Comfort working with data and analytics tools to interpret operational metrics and drive decisions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high levels of execution quality.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment and familiarity with AI-enabled platforms is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a continuous improvement orientation.
