Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an Account Manager who can take complete ownership of brand campaigns within our influencer marketing setup. This role is focused on client servicing, strategic alignment, and campaign oversight You will act as the bridge between brands and our internal influencer marketing campaign team, ensuring that brand objectives are clearly translated into campaigns and delivered effectively. The ideal candidate is someone who comes from an influencer marketing/advertising agency background and is comfortable managing clients independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Ownership & Client Servicing Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, managing end-to-end communication. Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and expectations in detail.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a high level of ownership and accountability. 2. Strategic Planning & Alignment Translate brand briefs into clear campaign directions for internal teams. Collaborate with strategy and campaign teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Contribute to campaign ideation and planning from a brand perspective. 3. Campaign Oversight Work closely with the campaign management team to monitor progress and ensure alignment with brand expectations. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are met.
Proactively identify gaps or delays and drive resolution. 4. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management Lead client calls, present campaign plans, and manage ongoing communication. Handle feedback loops between brand and internal teams efficiently.
Ensure clarity and consistency in all client interactions. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting Review campaign performance and ensure reports meet client expectations. Present insights and recommendations in a structured and clear manner.
Work with internal teams to optimize outcomes based on performance data. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with campaign, influencer, creative, and strategy teams for smooth execution. Ensure internal alignment with brand priorities across all stages of the campaign.
Requirements 1-4 years of experience in a marketing/advertising/digital/influencer marketing agency is mandatory. Proven experience in client servicing/account management roles with direct brand interaction. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client conversations independently.
Understanding of influencer marketing and social media ecosystems. Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
