The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly reconciliations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with tax regulations Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks Assist with financial audits and reviews, collaborating with external auditors as required Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance Provide support and guidance to other departments on financial matters Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA) preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills
