Accounting Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Staff who will support Finance and Asset functions across the organization. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their career in accounting, finance administration, and asset management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing finance and accounting data, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting asset data management, including collecting, mapping, and maintaining company asset master data.

Job Description:Prepare and process Finance & Accounting data accurately and on time.Organize and maintain Finance & Accounting documents properly.Coordinate with related departments for data adjustment, checking, and validation processes related to Finance & Accounting.Collect, organize, and update company asset data in a proper and structured manner.Create and maintain asset master data, including asset coding, categorization, and mapping.Support asset stock opname and reconciliation activities.Ensure all asset records are accurate, complete, and updated regularly.Prepare reports related to Finance, Accounting, and Asset data as needed.

Job Requirement:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related majors.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Interested in administrative work, data processing, and asset management.Good communication skills, detail-oriented, accurate, and have high integrity.Able to work independently as well as in a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Having knowledge of asset administration and data management will be an advantage.Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
