JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for ensuring that Priority RMs under their supervision carry out sales activities in accordance with established guidelines.Responsible for ensuring that Priority RMs under their supervision perform cross-selling, identify customer needs, market or provide advice on liability and wealth management products to priority segment customers according to their needs, and execute the sales process in compliance with applicable regulations to achieve the bank’s set targets.Responsible for ensuring that Priority RMs under their supervision build and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers, and provide high-quality service to customers in accordance with service standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of experience as a priority/private bankingHaving good knowledge of wealth management productsGood leadership skills and experience in leading a teamGood communication and relationship skillsAAJI & WPPE is a must
