As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead and execute the maintenance operations across our villa complexes.Your missionTo ensure the optimal condition, functionality, and continuous improvement of all villas and facilities, proactively preventing issues and maintaining high-quality standards.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate and execute maintenance tasks across villas and common areasDiagnose and resolve technical issues (electrical, plumbing, AC, general maintenance)Implement and manage preventive maintenance plansMonitor overall property conditions and proactively identify improvementsTrain, coordinate, and supervise maintenance staff and external contractorsSupport technical supervision of ongoing construction projectsTrack and manage incidents reported by tenants or internal teamsEnsure high-quality standards aligned with an international productWhat we’re looking forPrevious experience in maintenance for villas, hotels, or residential complexesStrong technical knowledge (electricity, plumbing, general maintenance)Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to act independentlyExperience managing or coordinating teamsProactive, organized, and detail-oriented profileBasic to intermediate level of EnglishExperience in Bali or international environments is a plusWhat we offerA fast-growing and solid projectInternational and dynamic work environmentOpportunity for professional growthActive role in improving and shaping the productCompetitive salary based on experienceInterested?If you want to be part of a growing project in Bali and play a key role in maintaining high-quality villa standards, we’d love to hear from you.
