The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with ERP systems in a fast-paced environmen t Responsibilities and Duti esVerify, process, and record vendor invoices accurately in the accounting syste m.Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies/update payment statu s.Ensure proper accounting entries in line with company policie s.Assist in month-end closing activitie s.Prepare variance analysis for management revie w.Maintain accurate documentation and audit trail s.Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST input credit, etc ).Perform vendor account reconciliations quarterl y.Track outstanding payables and ageing analys isPrepare AP reports for management revie w. Required Skills and Experie nce2–3 years of hands-on experience in the Accounts Payable functi on.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and vendor manag nt.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functio ns.Experience working with ERP systems and financial software such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platfor ms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to deta il.Excellent verbal and written communication skil ls.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environme nt.High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountab ili ty.

Preferred Qualificat ionsExperience in process improvement and automation within Accounts Payable functi ons.Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance requireme nts.Familiarity with financial reporting and management das hboa rds. Education Re quire mentsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related f ield.Inter CA or Inter CMA qualification prefe rred.
