Director of Quality Assurance

We are looking for a QA Director to lead and shape our enterprise-wide quality engineering vision and execution. This is a strategic leadership role where you will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and SRE leaders to embed testability, automation, performance, and reliability into the core of our platforms. What you’ll drive: Quality and automation as a first-class architectural priority Organisation-wide automation maturity and competency frameworks Advanced testing practices including AI-driven testing, performance engineering, and reliability Strategic investments in tools, infrastructure, and capabilities Influence on roadmaps, risk posture, and engineering decisions at scale We’re looking for: 15–18 years in quality engineering, automation, or performance engineering Senior leadership experience influencing architecture and engineering strategy Proven ability to define and execute org-wide quality and automation strategy Deep understanding of performance engineering, observability, and reliability practices Experience managing large-scale tooling and infrastructure investment Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Track record of building mature, scalable quality organisations
