About the Rol eThe Fixed Asset & Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end fixed asset accounting and accounts payable operations. This includes maintaining the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and timely invoice booking, handling TDS and compliance activities, and coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and auditors. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure clean books, timely closings, and strong compliance adherence . Key Responsibiliti esFixed Asset Accounti ngManage end-to-end fixed asset accounting including capitalization, asset transfers, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliatio n.Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor asset movements across location s.Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed asset s.Coordinate with auditors for requirements related to fixed asset schedules and reconciliatio n s.Accounts Payable Operatio nsHandle accounts payable activities including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment follow-up s.Ensure timely and accurate booking of invoices in SAP HAN A.Process vendor payments in accordance with company policie s.Resolve vendor queries and escalate issues where necessar y. TDS & Complia ncePerform TDS calculations, deductions, filings, and related compliance activiti es.Ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance process es.Support auditors with documentation and compliance-related requiremen ts.

Reporting & MISPrepare MIS reports and reconciliation statements as required by managem ent.Track and report on asset movements, AP ageing, and vendor balan ces.Provide inputs for month-end and year-end financial clos ing. Require mentsExperience & Expe rtise2+ years of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting and Accounts Payable. (Manda tory)Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end fixed asset processes.
