Accounts Payable Specialist

About This Role As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role at the heart of our financial operations.

You will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations to suppliers and vendors, ensuring that our financial health and supply chain remain seamless as we scale our production targets. ? Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, verify, and reconcile high-volume invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policies.Execute timely payments via wire transfers and local banking platforms while ensuring accuracy in currency and tax deductions.Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving discrepancies in billing or payment status.Ensure all AP transactions comply with Indonesian tax regulations, specifically VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (PPh 21/23/26).Assist in month-end closing activities, including AP aging reports, bank reconciliations, and accrual preparation.Identify opportunities to streamline the "Procure-to-Pay" workflow through automation or improved documentation. ? RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and accounting principles.Highly detail-oriented, honest, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.Fluent in English (both verbal and written).Willing to work onsite at VinFast Factory – Subang.
