Job Title: Admin & HR Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin & HR Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and manage all human resources functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, strong people practices, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both administrative leadership and HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit, interview, and hire new employees
· Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
· Implement and manage company HR policies and procedures
· Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
· Coordinate payroll, leave management, and performance reviews
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules
· Support management in workforce planning and employee development
· Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
· Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and service contracts
· Coordinate internal communications and company events
· Support senior management with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
· Ensure efficient administrative systems and processes are in place
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (Min. 3years)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR practices
· Ability to manage confidential information
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
