Established in 2018 and headquartered in Jamnagar, Gujarat, the company operates a modern manufacturing facility designed to meet the stringent demands of OEMs and global buyers.
The company manufactures electronics-grade fasteners such as Grub Screws, SEMS Screws, Button Head Screws, and Flange Bolts, in compliance with international standards including DIN, ASTM, and JIS. Role Objective
“To independently manage and strengthen HR operations at the factory level, including coordination with external consultants, ensuring workforce discipline, statutory compliance, and efficient day-to-day HR functioning aligned with production requirements.”
Key Responsibilities
1. Shop Floor HR Management
- Monitor daily attendance of workers and staff
- Manage shift allocation and manpower planning
- Control absenteeism, late coming, and discipline
- Act as the first point of contact for worker-related issues
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Hire operators, helpers, and junior staff
- Conduct initial screening and basic interviews
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Maintain a pipeline of manpower for factory needs
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Manage PF processes
- Maintain statutory registers as per the required Act
- Support payroll preparation and attendance validation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
4. Employee Relations & Labour Handling
- Handle worker grievances and resolve conflicts
- Maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Manage contractor labour (if applicable)
- Prevent escalation of disputes
5. HR Systems & Process Development
- Implement and manage attendance systems (biometric/manual)
- Maintain employee records (physical & digital)
- Develop and enforce HR policies (leave, discipline, attendance)
- Standardize HR processes for smooth operations
6. Admin Responsibilities
- Manage uniforms, ID cards, and employee facilities
- Coordinate basic facility management (canteen, hygiene)
- Support audits (ISO, customer audits, internal reviews)
7. Consultant Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external HR/labour law consultants
- Coordinate for PF filings, statutory compliance, and documentation
- Ensure timely sharing of accurate data (attendance, salary, employee details) with consultants
- Follow up on compliance deadlines to avoid penalties or legal risks
- Assist in implementation of consultant recommendations within the factory
- Maintain proper records of all compliance-related communications and submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA HR preferred (not mandatory if experienced)
Experience Requirements
- 3–6 years of HR experience
- Must have experience in manufacturing / factory environment
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Shop-floor HR
- Labour handling
- PF and statutory compliance
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of HR operations and processes
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements
- Practical experience in employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
- Attention to detail and system-oriented mindset
Preferred Traits
- Strong personality with ability to handle workers firmly
- Shop-floor oriented (not desk-only HR)
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
- Execution-focused and disciplined

Note:
Candidates with only corporate or recruitment-only HR experience are not suitable. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on factory HR exposure.
