We are seeking an HR Admin for a full-time, on-site role located in Sohna. You will manage daily HR administration tasks, maintain employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, handling employee queries, and facilitating seamless HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR Management and a solid understanding of Human Resources practices.
- Strong Communication and Employee Relations skills to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Experience with Customer Service in a professional environment.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient with HR software and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
