Responsibilities and Qualifications

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA, CGA) or CPHR is an asset. A minimum of five years of casino experience is required, including auditing, conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial managers.

Experience motivating and training diverse teams is essential.
