Key Responsibilities Update and maintain CRM systems including Salesforce Record detailed and accurate notes from client interactions Prepare documentation and reports Follow up on client transaction requests Liaise with the planning team regarding transaction issues Request mortgage and banking information from clients and partners Analyze client data for accuracy and completeness Verify client documentation during tax season The Ideal Fit Diploma in Business Administration or a related field Administrative experience is an asset Experience using Salesforce is an asset Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel High sense of ethics with a strong focus on doing what is right for clients Able to think outside the box and work with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Why This Opportunity?
