This role includes managing daily office operations, handling incoming calls, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars for team members and leadership. The Administrative Assistant will prepare and organize documents, maintain records, support executive-level correspondence, and assist with basic data entry and reporting.
The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, ensuring professional communication, and providing general clerical support to keep workflows efficient and organized.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing documents, records, and daily office operations.Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance experience for supporting leadership, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and basic data entry skills.Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and a courteous, professional demeanor in all interactions.Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; a degree or certification in administration or a related field is an advantage.Candidates should possess prior experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in healthcare or technology is a plus.
