Job Description
Indicative Responsibilities: Review of legal documents such as MOU, Agreements, Undertakings, etc.Ensuring timely renewal of licenses, AMCs, registrations, approvals etc. by the concerned departmentsExposure to real estate / property due diligence, documentation is an added advantageSupport drafting, review and implementation of policies and processes.Co-ordination with regulatory authorities, auditors, lawyers, as required. Handle Secretarial Compliances and records e.g.Notice, Agenda and minutes of meetingsMonitoring implementation of decisions taken and directions givenPeriodic / event-based filings with regulatory authoritiesMaintain statutory registers and records Implement and manage an effective legal and statutory compliance systemEnsuring compliance of applicable legal provisions and internal guidelinesGuidance to other departments on legal matters Desired Candidate Profile / Requirements:Degree in law from a recognised University Company Secretary qualification (Member of ICSI) Candidates with Executive Programme of ICSI with Law degree can be considered Experience of at least 10 years in a similar roleExperience in handling matters relating to trusts will be an advantage Good knowledge of legal requirements and proceduresStrong communication, documentation and organisational skills. Good verbal and written communication / drafting skillsAnalytical bent of mind with attention to detail
