About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions within the Healthcare and MedTech domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building machine learning models, handling large-scale data systems, and leveraging AI technologies to address complex clinical and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities Machine Learning Development Design, develop, train, and deploy ML/DL models for clinical and operational use cases Build predictive analytics solutions (e.g., patient risk scoring, diagnostics, readmission prediction) Fine-tune models using frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch Implement LLMs, Generative AI, or RAG-based solutions for medical text analysis and automation Work with time-series data for forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend analysis Data Engineering & Processing Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server Process structured and unstructured healthcare datasets with a focus on data quality and feature engineering Utilize PySpark, Spark SQL, and SQL for large-scale data processing Model Deployment & MLOps Deploy models into production using MLflow, Azure ML, or Kubeflow Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to ensure performance and reliability Integrate ML models into BI tools or clinical applications for real-time insights Visualization & Reporting Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense Present insights and model outputs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaboration & Research Work closely with clinicians, analysts, and engineering teams to define ML problems Mentor and guide junior team members Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and apply them to healthcare use cases Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Data Science (Healthcare, MedTech, or Manufacturing domain preferred) Technical Skills Programming: Python, SQL, PySpark, Spark SQL Frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras Data Tools: Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense MLOps: MLflow, Azure ML, Docker, Git, CI/CD Domain Knowledge (Good to Have) Healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR
