Analytical Development Scientist

Cellicor is seeking to hire an experienced Analytical Development Scientist to join an innovative biotechnology organization developing next-generation cell therapies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on scientist with experience developing and optimizing analytical methods to support cell therapy development, method validation, tech transfer, and GMP QC testing.

We're interested in professionals with experience in:

• Cell-based functional and potency assays
• Flow cytometry, FACS, and cell viability
• PCR-based methods including PCR, qPCR, and/or ddPCR
• Mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques
• Analytical method development, optimization, qualification, and validation
• Method transfer / tech transfer into QC laboratories
• Assay troubleshooting, investigations, data analysis, and technical documentation
• Working within GMP-regulated analytical or QC environments

Experience supporting CAR-T, iPSC, cell therapy, gene therapy, or other advanced therapeutic programs is highly desirable.

We're seeking someone who enjoys being hands-on in the lab and can work across Analytical Development, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Candidates with strong experience in either flow cytometry/cell-based assays or PCR/molecular assays are encouraged to apply.
